ROMA BAR SHOW 2024 – Fourth Edition!

RBS2024 Returns to the Eternal City of Rome, Italy...

Get ready for the fourth edition of the Roma Bar Show…next week! This international bar and beverage industry event in the Eternal City and Capital of Italy will be held, as always, in the historic Palazzo dei Congressi in the EUR district of Rome on Monday, May 13th & Tuesday, May 14th 2024.

History of the RBS:

Designed for both professionals working in the sector and also consumers, the Roma Bar Show was created to showcase the bars, spirits and hospitality category in Italy and more specifically Rome.

Since its founding year of 2019, the Roma Bar Show has evolved exponentially, making Rome a destination, major player and one of the new, important cities in the world for the bar and spirits industry. And growing more impressive with every year.

Roma Bar Show 2024

With RBS’s new claim: “Take your time to Shake”, this year’s Roma Bar Show 2024 invites you to experience the world of bars & spirits slowly through authentic experiences and genuine relationships.

Featuring over 200 exhibiting companies, 90 international guests, and more than 14 thousand attendees, you’ll have the chance to get to know the brands and the people behind them, while you sample products new and old.

The RBS2024 program will be chock-full of amazing events and experiences ranging from seminars, masterclasses, talks and tastings over the span of two days. What makes the Roma Bar Show so unique is that it gives visitors the opportunity to meet distinguished names and internationally acclaimed people within the bar, cocktails and spirits industry – spanning all over Europe to the United States, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Andrea Fofi, along with the other founders of the Roma Bar Show - Fabio Bacchi, Giuseppe Gallo and Alessandro Procoli, explain the contributions RBS has made to date:

Despite all of the ups and downs the industry has seen post and during Covid, the Roma Bar Show (and Rome) has been positioned as the “point of reference not only for professional operators, allowing them to do quality business, but also (an example) for the entire city of Rome, which remains the undisputed capital of related industries”. Also attributing with it, a more modern representation of the ‘Made In Italy’ concept.

Dedicated to the bar world and everything that comes with it, the RBS2024 will attract spirits & beverage industry leaders, experts, brands, bars, bartenders and those who love them. The Roma Bar Show is a must-visit not just for bar lovers and cocktail enthusiasts, but also for those wanting to explore a career within the spirits or bar industry. With exhibitions as engaging and entertaining as they are educational ‘ and an entire “RBS Sideshow” of special guests, bartender shifts and parties pre-RBS2024 and throughout the duration. The RBS2024 Educational Program line up explores the evolution of mixing and the world of bars, but also  covers some very important current issues such as inclusivity and sustainability.

This year also marks the second edition of the Roma Bar Show Awards, a friendly competition celebrating the excellence and mastery of Italian hospitality - offering not just recognition, but international visibility for some of the most talented bars and bartenders in Italy. The following 6 categories will be awarded in the Grand Finale RBS Awards Ceremony which will take place at the end of the first day (May 13th at 6pm in the Auditorium of the Palazzo dei Congressi): Best Cocktail Bar, New Cocktail Bar, Hotel Bar, Bartender, Food Program, and Social Media Presence.

The competition is free and the first three classified in each category will be invited to take part in the awards ceremony! Registration will be open until 11.59pm on 12 April 2024.

Roma Bar Show’s standing can be further seen with their ties to the community– both in the industry as well as the city of Rome. A strong bond confirmed by the continued support Roma Bar Show has from Roma Capitale and renewed partnerships with the Municipality of Rome - in particular the Department of Major Events, Sport, Tourism and Fashion and with ATAC - the mobility company of Rome Capital – “which intensifies the network and service to the public with green and responsible travel on branded buses and subways, and which will give Metrebus Card holders a reduction in fares.”

The Roma Bar Show 2024 is expected to be one of the biggest events in Rome, Italy this year and something that simply CANNOT be missed. So make sure you grab your tickets early here:
