Taste of Roma 2026 - Celebrating 10 Years!

Taste of Roma returns on May 6 until May 10th 2026 this year marking it's 10 year anniversary!

An event that has shined a light on the ever-growing high-end restaurant scene and haute cuisine evolving in Rome these last few years, featuring the not only the top dining establishments but also the most acclaimed chefs.

And for this milestone event, Taste of Rome chose Gazometro is the venue - a most symbolic location of contemporary Rome. In an open space close to Rome's historic city center you'll get a chance to sample amazing culinary offerings from long-standing already famous names to the up-and-coming and new wave.

Taste of Roma was - and still - is the only event where you can "sample dishes from a selection of the city’s finest restaurants in one space, bringing together chefs from the Eternal City's most exciting restaurants and key figures in the food and beverage industry"

With the goal of making haute cuisine not just accessible but tangible in the form of tastings, seminars and masterclasses, Taste of Roma whets your appetite to hopefully visit each of these fabulous venues in person.

One of the most beloved food experiences each year, this 5 day festival is a literal paradise for restaurant enthusiasts and food lovers not just in Rome but around the globe, combining gastronomy with innovation, education, and entertainment, so you can have a taste of Roma.

From 6 to 10 May:

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 18 to 24

Saturday & Sunday from 12pm to 16 and then again from 18 to 24
